From December 18th - 22nd, we are offering local delivery, in which our team will hand-deliver your orders directly to your door. This special service includes delivery for all cities stretching between Osoyoos to Vernon within the Okanagan Valley.
To reserve this concierge service, please select the “Okanagan Local Delivery” option at check-out. This option will appear after you have entered your delivery address.

When will the wine be delivered?
Okanagan Local Delivery shipments will be delivered to their recipient’s addresses between December 20 and December 23. The shipping address and contact information used at checkout will be provided to our team for delivery. A SMS will be sent the day of the delivery, and our drivers will call the recipients before the delivery.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes! Please include your gift notes at check-out; our team will include this with your shipment. Our drivers will be more than happy to deliver personalized messages.
How do I select Local Delivery Service?
First, you will need to add the shipping destination for your wine like a regular order check-out. When prompted to select your shipping method, please select “Okanagan Local Delivery”, and continue to payment. *If you do not have the minimum order value in your cart or your shipping address is not within the Okanagan, the “Okanagan Local Delivery” will not appear.
Is there a minimum order value or quantity to qualify for this service?
Yes, we require a minimum order value of $50 before tax to qualify for the complimentary service. Orders below the minimum value can be delivered through this service for a flat fee of $25.
My shipment address is outside of the Okanagan, can I still order online during this period?
Yes, you can certainly place your order; however, please remember that your wine may not reach its destination until the New Year.
Do you include gift wrapping?
We have 2 or 3 bottle gift boxes available to include with your order. Please follow the prompts at checkout to include the necessary gift boxes for your order. Please note, we cannot include more gift boxes than what is necessary for the quantity of wine in your cart.
I'm not local to the Okanagan, can I still send a gift to a household that is there?
Yes. This service is available for any order destined for an Okanagan delivery address. Please ensure you have the correct delivery address and phone number for our drivers to ensure the wine reaches its destination efficiently.
