Traditional method sparkling wine, aged 20 months on lees. Blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The second release of our sparkling Brut has lovely aromas of citrus, almond, biscuit and white peach. The palate is crisp, yet creamy with tiny, persistent mousse. Truly a stunning sparkling.
This fresh sparkling wine has aromas of citrus, pear, orange blossom, lime leaf and some nutty notes. On the palate it offers creaminess and a fine mousse with flavours of Granny Smith apple, pink grapefruit, melon and a hint of white pepper.
This delightful Pinot Gris has aromas of lemon meringue, pear and honeydew melon. On the palate it is creamy with flavours of kiwi, pear, gala apple, pineapple, and a hint of almonds.
This vintage of Chardonnay showcases aromas of passionfruit, peach, apple blossom, and Asian pear. Further notes of lemon meringue, pear, and baking spice come through on the palate. The mouthfeel has creaminess and texture as a result of daily battonage throughout the fermentation. Lightly oaked with less than 15% new French oak, the fruit is the focal point of this wine.
This Chardonnay has both richness and intensity, showcasing aromas of melon, grilled pineapple, green apple and papaya. Lemon meringue, beurre blanc and cashew notes add complexity to the palate. 100% estate grown fruit, exclusively from our oldest vineyard block. This barrel fermented Chardonnay is just lightly oaked with carefully selected barrels from our favourite French cooperages.
Classic style Pinot Noir with red cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant and cola with slate minerality and hints of cedar and sweet tobacco. Pair with fish, duck, pulled pork as well as cheese.
This popular full-bodied red blend has aromas of blackberry, cherry, black olive, juniper, graphite and floral notes. On the palate, the Cab Franc shines through, with flavours of black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate reduction, liquorice, cedar and dark chocolate.
