Showcasing the magnificent versaility of our OK Falls vineyards, this beautiful wine is sourced 100% from our Allendale site. Made in a Blanc de Noir style, each block of Pinot Noir being picked at the most perfect moment for sparkling.
Winemaker Notes
A combination of new and neutral French oak for the fermentation vessels gives a richness and beauitful texture to this wine. After the initial barrel ferment is completed, 24 months of resting on lees in bottle gives soft creaminess and a perfect bubble mousse.
