Gold Medal Plates Canadian Culinary Championship’ top three Canadian chefs for 2016 will join winery chef Rob Walker for this gourmet dinner at art-filled Liquidity Bistro with its stunning vista overlooking McIntyre Bluff. Two-time Canadian Culinary Champion Marc Lepine of Ottawa’s Atelier, 2016 silver medalist Matthew Batey of Calgary’s The Nash and bronze winner Alex Chan of Vancouver’s Boulevard will compete once again to win diner’s palates, preparing a summer fest based on the freshest of local ingredients and paired with award-winning vintages from Liquidity along with local BC wines. Rhys Pender, Master of Wine, will emcee this extraordinary event.
