We are thrilled to announce that Chef Simon Bouchard has taken the reins as Executive Chef at Liquidity Bistro. Chef Rob Walker is stepping down from his position at Liquidity Bistro to pursue another opportunity closer to his home in Kelowna.
We would like to congratulate Simon on his new role and welcome him to Liquidity Bistro. Simon brings with him a fresh approach to wine country cuisine and is excited to explore the terroir of Okanagan Falls.
Simon’s background includes experience as the Catering Chef at Mission Hill Winery, Sous Chef at The Bear Foot Bistro in Whistler and most recently Chef at The Vineyard Kitchen at Black Hills Estate Wines. We look forward to Simon taking on the culinary program at Liquidity Bistro and are confident he will help the team to continue to build on the successes to date.
