    We have limited dates available for weddings at Liquidity Winery. Please contact the Events Manager to confirm available dates.

    We offer a comprehensive wedding package that includes a 2 night stay in our VIP Suite, ceremony location, and an exclusive reception at Liquidity Bistro. Package minimum is $8500 + taxes and gratuities.


    Liquidity Bistro can accommodate a varying number of people based on the style of food service you are looking for. The Bistro can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated dinner, and up to 80 for a grazing style stationed event. 


    Terms & Conditions:

    Deposit: A non-refundable $2000 deposit is required to secure your date.

    Confirmation: Confirmation of food and beverage selections and numbers are required 10 days prior to your event, final charges will be assessed on the greater of the total number of guests in attendance or as outlined on the signed copy of your BEO

    A food and beverage deposit of 50% of anticipated food and beverage charges will be charged to the provided credit card on receipt of the signed BEO unless other arrangements have been approved. Deposits will not be refunded if event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to event date

    All food and beverage charges are subject to applicable taxes & an 18% gratuity

    Food & Wine: Menu selections must be confirmed 30 days prior to your event. Please note that some menu items are subject to change due to seasonal availability of produce. Wine vintages may be subject to change. All wine served at the event must be purchased from Liquidity Bistro, we will offer a 15% discount off wine list pricing for our wedding clients. We can arrange for local beer and limited local liquor to be available, please discuss the options with our Events Manager.

    The outstanding balance due remaining after the event will be charged to the provided credit card prior to the guests departure

    All cancelations must be received in writing.

    Set up for events may begin after 5 pm in the Bistro with reception starting after 6 pm.

    The event must end by 11:30pm and the property must be cleaned up and vacated by midnight.

    Check-out from the VIP Suite must be by 11am the following day.

    All wedding clients must hire a wedding planner to coordinate all details with the Events Manager.

    Rentals: Any rentals required for anything other than food & beverage service are the responsibility of the client. All rentals must be stored in an agreed-upon location and picked up the day following the event.

    Weather: The ceremony venue is outdoors. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a tent rental for inclement weather. Arrangements must be made ahead of time, the Events Manager can provide assistance with preferred vendors.

    Décor: Minimal décor is permitted and must be approved by the Events Manager. Nothing can be used that may leave a mark on any surfaces in the Bistro or Tasting Room.

    Photography is allowed throughout the property please pay attention to signage regarding vineyard work in progress in specific areas.

    We must coordinate for the least amount of disruption to regular winery guests and workers as possible. 

    We do not provide any supplies other than what we require for food & beverage service.  Any specialty rentals are the responsibility of the wedding couple.

    Parking: There is parking available in our main lot with overflow parking available just below the main building. If a guest leaves their car overnight they must be aware that the gates to the property do not open until 11 am the following morning.

    Transportation: We recommend that you provide a shuttle service for your guests, approved vendors can be provided by the Events Manager.

    Damages: Clients assume responsibility for any damage incurred to any part of the property caused by the event guests.

    Cleaning: General cleaning expenses are included in the rental fee. If any excessive cleaning is required to either the Tasting Room, Bistro or VIP Suite the guest will be charged accordingly.
