Liquidity Bistro is a reflection of the terroir that is Okanagan Falls. Our food philosophy at the bistro is to represent the area’s farmers and producers and the hard work they do day in and day out by keeping the food simple, clean, fresh and non-pretentious and respecting the ingredients in all their simplest forms.The food, the service and the wine are paired to deliver a wine country experience unique to Okanagan Falls.
